Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product - simply return it for a refund.
Refund Procedure (Please follow these directions very carefully):
Items must be returned within 14 days after purchase (starts from the date the items are shipped).
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA #).
Once you receive the Return Authorization number - you may ship the product(s) back to us (including a copy of the sales receipt). We suggest that you insure, or use a tracking number (or both), for your package.
The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt), minus (-) any items not returned (or in re-sellable condition), minus (-) Shipping & Handling, minus (-) small 10% restocking fee.
Total Price minus (-) Items not returned (or in re-sellable condition) minus (-) Shipping & Handling minus (-) Small 10% restocking fee = Refund Amount
Refused packages, Wrong addresses, or Undeliverable parcels, will be charged a 35% restocking fee if a refund is requested. The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund: Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt) minus (-) a 35% restocking fee, minus (-) Shipping & Handling.
Any products that are returned to us without an RA# will be refused by our shipping department and returned to the shipping party.
Any deviation from our return policy could result in you not receiving your refund in a timely manner.
All refunds will be paid via PayPal (no exceptions).
