Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product - simply return it for a refund.

Refund  Procedure  (Please follow these directions very carefully):

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days after purchase (starts from the date the items are shipped).

  2. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA #).

  3. Once you receive the Return Authorization number - you may ship the product(s) back to us (including a copy of the sales receipt).  We suggest that you insure, or use a tracking number (or both), for your package.

  4. The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund:  Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt), minus (-) any items not returned (or in re-sellable condition), minus (-) Shipping & Handling, minus (-) small 10% restocking fee.

  5. Refused packages, Wrong addresses, or Undeliverable parcels, will be charged a 35% restocking fee if a refund is requested.  The following calculation will be used to determine the amount of the refund:  Total price (listed as the Grand Total on your receipt) minus (-) a 35% restocking fee, minus (-) Shipping & Handling.

  6. Any products that are returned to us without an RA# will be refused by our shipping department and returned to the shipping party.

  7. Any deviation from our return policy could result in you not receiving your refund in a timely manner. 

  8. All refunds will be paid via PayPal  (no exceptions).


 
 

 

 

 

 


Shipping Information:

  1. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with the following return address:


     

  2. Regular shipping available for the United States only. 
     

  3. Money Orders:  Product(s) are shipped upon clearance of the money order.  This usually takes 2-7 business days.  No exceptions.
     

  4. Products are shipped usually within 2 to 4 business days.    However, in some cases (such as special orders) it may take longer. 
     

  5. Shipping (time in transit) usually takes 2 to 3 business days once it is shipped (can take longer in some situations, such as Christmas time). 
     

  6. Products are shipped by US Priority Mail in most cases. 
     

  7. If your package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, or for any reason, and you would like the package re-shipped -- you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges.
     

  8. If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held liable.  Most packages are shipped with a tracking number to prevent this - but this is no guarantee.
